Terms of Service

The plain-English rules of the fitting room. Using ONYA means you agree to them.

Your account

• You need an account to build a model and try things on, and you must be 18 or older.
• The photos you upload must be of you, or of someone who has given you their clear permission. Building a model of someone without their consent is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate termination.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in to yourself.

Credits

• ONYA runs on credits: building or rebuilding your model and rendering try-ons each cost credits. Current costs are shown in the app before you spend.
• New accounts start with enough credits to build a model and try things on.
• If a render fails on our side, the credits for it are refunded automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable, and aren't refundable for money.

AI renders — what they are and aren't

• Try-on images are AI-generated visualizations, not photographs. They're a strong preview of how a garment reads on your build — they are not a guarantee of fit, fabric, color accuracy, or how the physical product will look or feel.
• Renders can make mistakes. When one feels off, retry it — and always check the store's own photos, size chart, and return policy before buying.
• Occasionally a render is produced by a backup engine with different characteristics; when that happens, we say so on the render.

Your content

• Your photos and your model remain yours. You give us the limited license we need to operate the service — to build your model and render your try-ons. Nothing more.
• Your model and your looks are private unless you deliberately share them (for example, in a poll). A shared link is visible to anyone who has it.
• You can delete a look, a list, your model, or your entire account at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent. Details in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Don't build models of other people without their consent, and don't use ONYA to create deceptive, harassing, or unlawful imagery.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service, and don't try to get around moderation or credit accounting.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may refuse renders our safety systems flag.

Stores and prices

ONYA shows products from third-party stores. We don't sell the clothes, and the store's own listing controls price, availability, shipping, and returns. Some outbound links earn us a commission — see our affiliate disclosure.

The service itself

ONYA is provided as-is, without warranties. We work hard to keep it fast and accurate, but we can't promise uninterrupted service or perfect renders, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past twelve months. We may update features and these terms; meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
